St. Paul Lutheran in the Community

We have started a garden. Community members are encouraged to take fresh produce as it becomes available, and what isn't taken from the ground is offered in the food pantry.

Each month on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 830 a.m. we host a Pancake Breakfast for Veterans after recognizing a need for Veterans to have time to socialize and relax.

We have a quilting/crochet group that meets every other Wednesday. The quilters create quilts for Lutheran World Relief, who collects quilts and sends them to areas of need, such as after natural disasters occur or areas of conflict and strife. The crochet group creates fleece blankets and donates them to local nursing homes or hospitals as the need arises.

St. Paul sometimes collaborates with other local churches for joint services. Most recently we joined with St. Andrew Presbyterian church for alternating Advent services and a  Christmas Cantata, which showcased musical talents from both churches.
